    My opinion on this test, make 2 traditionals, pasteurize, then add the fruit to one and the peels in the other into secondary. That way the flavor isn't obscured by going through fermentation.

    Traditionally dijon doesn’t have any of what is listed as ingredients. Especially mustard powder, garlic powder, turmeric, onion powder and cinnamon.

    Hi! Help me troubleshoot. I just tried to make a batch of the ginger session mead. All was well until bottling. I bottled 10 days ago and eagerly opened a bottle today and expected a fizz. But it's as still as water. What could have gone wrong? Could the cold crash and bentonite I used dispersed all of the yeast? I've tested three bottles so far with the same result.

    Does Dextrose go by another name or reference? I went to the priming sugar calculator on the Brewer's Friend website and they do not list Dextrose.

    That is my crossroads. I work at a nonprofit and have done UA-cam forever. When is it time to make the switch? If you ever need a video editor, that would help us both be full time. Also, wouldn’t it be cool if you did recipes from your number 1 fans, then tried it with them and compared it to theirs, then go to microbreweries and macro-breweries and do the same.

    I make something similar w/o cherry. Feedback has suggested it tastes like Fresca or Sprite, but the 4.2% ABV will slap you down.
